1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you") and eclbet13. Your continued use of the Platform — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or accessing any game — constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

Each individual Member is permitted to hold one (1) account on the eclbet13 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

When registering, you agree to:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.

5. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the eclbet13 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and shall prevail over these general rules where there is a conflict.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where explicitly permitted by the specific event or game rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event, market, and account tier. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• eclbet13 reserves the right to void bets where there is manifest error in odds or pricing, technical malfunctions, or where the integrity of a sporting event is genuinely in doubt.

• Winnings from voided bets are not payable. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the Member's wallet.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

eclbet13 offers promotions and bonuses to Members from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met in full.
• eclbet13 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are available to one (1) account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Accounts suspected of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts or coordinated wagering to clear rollover requirements — will be suspended and bonus balances forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• eclbet13 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines that a promotion has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eclbet13 Platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors in a systematic or deliberate manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Money laundering or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person to circumvent account restrictions or self-exclusion measures.
• Attempting to access, hack, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the eclbet13 Platform — including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, images, audio, video, logos, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of eclbet13 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without express written consent from eclbet13.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, eclbet13 may forfeit any remaining wallet balance where such balance represents proceeds of prohibited activity. For terminations not arising from breach, any remaining wallet balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting eclbet13's live support team. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period as specified in the Responsible Gaming Policy.

12. Amendments to Terms
